Nike and EA Sports Partner to Integrate Select dotSwoosh NFTs into Games

Nike Virtual Studios and EA Sports have joined forces to introduce dotSwoosh digital collectibles into upcoming gaming titles. Although the announcement doesn't specify the games, EA Sports is known for its FIFA and Madden NFL series. This collaboration offers dotSwoosh members and the vast EA Sports fandom unique opportunities to express their individual style in virtual gameplay.

dotSwoosh, currently in closed beta, is actively working on building a fair and secure platform for its community. They successfully concluded their OF1 Box sale, attracting over fifty thousand participants.

ERC-4337: Account Abstraction

What is ERC-4337? It’s a new Ethereum standard that introduced account abstraction. Account abstraction blends externally owned account and contract account capabilities so regular wallets can execute smart contract code.

But what does that mean in practice? Well, ERC-4337 aims to make some wallets into smart accounts that can perform multiple tasks, handle multi-factor authentication, and initiate and sustain crypto subscriptions, just to name a few, via code.

2023 has already seen the launch of ERC-6551, and now building on this momentum with the introduction of ERC-4337, there are some incredible new advancements coming to the world of web3 and NFTs.

Fewocious Reveals Plans to Launch New Collection This August

NFT artist Fewocious is set to release a new collection of "Fewos" this August. The minting process will open to the public in the summer, but there will be a presale for holders of Fewocious' previous Paint Drop collection and other Fewocious NFTs

The PFP NFTs are part of Fewocious' universe, Fewoworld. The collection features three species of Fewo NFTs: Frankenstein, Misunderstood, and Humanoid, each with unique artistic traits. The pricing details are currently unknown.

Each Fewo NFT includes an ERC-6551 token, which means it can transform into a wallet. The wallet will allow holders to claim a mint pass for FewoFashion, a collection of digital wearables and accessories.

Doodles X Camp

Doodles is partnering with Camp, a hybrid shop/play experience with locations in cities across the United States, for their first flagship retail and entertainment experience. Doodles describes Camp as “one of the most beloved family-oriented retail brands in the country.”

The goal of the partnership is to expand the reach of Doodles' art and provide a new avenue for artists to showcase their work.

According to Doodles’ blog post announcing the collaboration,

“Physical retail is no longer just a passive environment to buy stuff. The best retail activations are experiential. Only then can you create a lasting relationship and emotional connection with someone that discovers you in real life. So we’re doubling down on one of the things that we know sets Doodles apart, immersive experiences and quality products. This represents a new chapter in the evolution of the Doodles brand.”

And while the purpose is to onboard new fans into the Doodles universe beyond the confines of web3, the brand wants to give a nod to those who were here first. Original Doodles collectors “will enjoy special access and benefits at Camp, including free entry, merch credits, collector concierge services, and custom creation opportunities.”
