How does artificial intelligence interpret a masterpiece like the Gioconda? The artist spuliz studied, using advanced computer vision techniques, high-resolution digital reproductions of the Gioconda able to uncover the artist’s unique aesthetic fingerprint.
Leonardo Da Vinci self-portrait is hidden behind the Gioconda and artificial intelligence has been able to uncover this for the first time. Leonardo’s silhouette takes shape in the middle of the image, pretentiously becoming the first tangible proof in favour of the theories stating that Mona Lisa is a self-portrait of Da Vinci. The extracted message is now a BoutiqueAI artwork and you can now own Leonardo Da Vinci's self portrait.
The buyer of this NFT will unlock a framed physical version of the digital artwork which has 1/3 (the third and last part) of the secret algorithm code written in latin language in the back of the painting.

ABOUT THE CREATION: Deep neural networks exploit the property that many natural signals are compositional hierarchies, in which higher-level features are obtained by composing lower-level ones. In images, local combinations of edges form motifs, motifs assemble into parts, and parts form objects.
With this in mind, the computational artist and data scientist spuliz, after years of studying high resolution pictures of the Gioconda, Salvador Mundi and Virgin with child and Saint Anne, realised that secret messages were hidden underneath the colour and shadows of the original Da Vinci's paintings.
