Stackhouse Denver is a collection of single-use Time Trial Vouchers that allow holders to redeem & reserve set durations — 3, 6, or 12 months — of non-permanent stay in Stackhouse's flagship tower location in downtown Denver, CO, USA once it is fully constructed and Occupancy Permits are issued. All unit utilities and amenities are included for the duration of your stay. Holders will also be eligible for future community giveaways, events, and will be granted access to a Residents-only Discord channel along with a unique title.

Funds raised from NFT voucher sales will be used for Stackhouse Denver tower development purposes only and will be combined with sales revenue from co-op unit reservations. In the unlikely event that tower construction is not funded, a full refund of the initial sale price will be given to current holders in exchange for burning the NFT voucher.
