**Stackhouse Denver** is a collection of **108** single-use Time Trial Vouchers that allow holders to redeem & reserve set durations — *3, 6, or 12 months* — of non-permanent stay in Stackhouse's flagship tower in downtown Denver, Colorado once it is fully constructed and Occupancy Permits are issued.

**Funds raised** from NFT voucher sales will be used for Stackhouse Denver tower development purposes only and will be combined with sales revenue from co-op unit reservations. In the unlikely event that tower construction is not funded, a full refund of the initial sale price will be given to current holders in exchange for burning the NFT voucher.

**3% of sales** & aftermarket sales are reserved in escrow for future Denver tower community use in a separate co-op managed wallet.
