Why list your Axie on OpenSea?

Keep your items in your wallet while they’re on sale

You can now create an auction for an Axie but keep it in your own wallet while it’s on sale. That way your Axie can still participate in gameplay while your it’s on the market! You can learn more about this feature here.

List an item without paying gas

Once you set up your OpenSea account, you can list your Axies without paying gas. When you list, you’ll just accept a MetaMask signature. When the item is successfully bought, the buyer will submit a transaction to the Ethereum blockchain.

Accept bids for your Axie

Not sure what to price your Axie? Other users can bid on your Axie (even if it’s not on sale!), indicating what they’re willing to pay for it. You can immediately fulfill these bids, receiving wrapped Ether in exchange for your Axie.

Get more exposure

Thousands of users browse OpenSea for all sorts of game items, collectibles, digital artwork, and more. You’ll gain a ton of exposure for your Axie by listing it alongside other collectibles.
