Slide and follow the path. VTG - Vestigium Tectona Grandis is the project that I have been working on for the past 6 years. VTG was made with the natural pigment of the Tectona Grandis tree. V represents the vestige the imprint of the plant, vagina, veins, Venus. T is Tectona, the scientific name of the tree, transformation, time, transfer. G of Grandis Tectona Grandis and Garcia (my maternal surname) Gracias. VTG is my umbilical cord with Earth, with my mother, my conversations with nature. I travel with VTG everywhere I go, she´s an extension of myself. She´s was made in Colombia, my native country in 2016. She's traveled several cities around the world.

This picture in particular, is the first picture ever taken of VTG. Little did I know that it was going to open a fantastic path to follow.
