eCryptonite #034 is the digital art version of a 147 mm Ammonite Fossil from Madagascar, made over 65-450 million years ago.

The interesting fact is that Ammonites grew from the center with the expanding ratio of 1:1.618 which is also called the Golden Ratio (phi). This is also a ratio you will see many places in the nature and even in the human body. Because this formula combines the nature and mathematics at the best, it is sometimes also called sacred mathematics. Inside the Fossil’s cells it has grown Calcite crystals, and on the other side of the shell, you will see nice iridescent rainbow colors.
