This was written during one of those Identity crisis moments.
A title she was given, Full of pain and sorrow. Worried of the way she was classed, She walked the halls so narrow.
A title she was given, Names she was called Ugly, she felt, But there was nothing beyond it all.
A title she was given, That only caused her worry, For where she went, Her head, bent down in a hurry.
A title she held, Now lost within its glory. A painful life she led, Until it all went off to misery.

Vulnerability 1.0 is a collection that takes after my own suffering and pain as I went through my mental health journey. It is representative of finding solace in words that found its expression in my poetry. As the name suggests, vulnerability is a state of being extremely open to criticism and judgment from anyone and anything. I personally believe that being vulnerable requires a tremendous amount of courage and I see this as the first step to encouraging more people to do the same.
