Due to the fact that OpenSea only allows for one total royalty per NFT a total of 10% will be collected for the '40 Tons of NFTs', all artists, cannabis prisoners, developers, and operational expenses and then distributed to the following wallets. The breakdown of %'s is as follows:

2.5% initial sales and royalties will be collected in a 40 Tons "Prisoners Wallet" to help the Cannabis prisoners while they are currently incarcerated over Cannabis. This help includes money on their commissary accounts, Attorney fees for things like clemency petitions, special motions, and any other help that is needed while the prisoners are CURRENTLY incarcerated and once we get them FREE.

3.5% will go towards a 40 Tons "community wallet" which is used to fund 40 Tons social impact business model where a large % of 40 Tons overall profits are used for restorative justice programs like expungements clinics, career fairs, educational scholarships, and programs to bring more diversity and inclusion of BIPOC communities into the Cannabis space and provide 2nd chances to those with past cannabis convictions.

4% of royalties will be split between the team's various artists, developers, and operational expenses of the entire project.
