Kharkiv was one of the first to face Russian brutality. It was literally diligently erased from the face of the earth, in a few days the first capital of Ukraine, one of the most beautiful cities in Ukraine, the city where most people spoke Russian - has become a lattice target of inhuman ambitions. It seemed to Putin that Kharkiv was the hotbed of Russophobia and oppression of the Russian-speaking population. It was "saved" almost completely.
