Qyntel Deon Woods is an American professional basketball player. Woods played in the small forward position most of the time and rarely in the shooting guard position. He established himself and his reputation at the University of Memphis in such a way that pro scouts were aware of him as a player with extraordinary potential. Ironically, he was frequently compared to Tracy McGrady despite having a history of off-court issues. As the 21st pick in the 2002 NBA Draft, Qyntel Deon Woods was chosen for the Portland Trail Blazers team. Qyntel Deon Woods eventually left the Portland Trail Blazers in January 2005 and later signed with the Miami Heat. He has played for that basketball team for three regular season games, scoring 3.3 points and pulling down 2 rebounds on average per game.
