STORY #3 HEART-BROKEN

When I came back from my road trip I instantly found myself in a big fight with my now ex-girlfriend. After that, I decided to break up with her because this wasn't this first. We had a relationship for a bit more than 1,5 years and have been in a fight many times, saying we can't endure this any longer and then found ourselves back together. But that relationship was also a big learning process about her- and myself, we built up a surrounding in a city 400 kilometers away from our hometowns but also been like yin and yang. We both had a childhood in which parents were fighting, they also divorced in the end, we've gone through the same misery. Sounds like it would fit pretty well, but on the other side, it has been a very toxic relationship. I didn't felt loved and she couldn't accept my life to her. She never could accept she had done a fault and always was searching for faults in others. There much more things that doesn't fit in here but in general we were constantly fighting and big differences in seeing life. Sure nobody is perfect but sometimes you just have to ask yourself: "Why I am doing this to me?" I made the decision to break up, open a new book, but I'm still sad this didn't work out for us. It also makes me sad seeing her being sad because we still had time we've been very close somehow.
