The Three Metamorphoses of The Spirit is inspired by Friedrich Nietzsche's classic Also Sprach Zarathustra, where you can find the metaphorical concept. There are five versions minted of this Master version that contains all three stages.

The Camel:

Every human being can transform into the spirit of a camel, the first of the three metamorphoses of the spirit. The Camel is walking to a point directed and carries heavier and heavier loads. The Camel feels joy and pride in showing his abilities. Are you proud of your load and the direction you are walking?

The Lion:

A camel can transform into a lion. The transformation starts by saying NO. The Lion must fight a dragon in the desert. On the dragon's scales, you can see humankind's thousands of years of history and traditions. Are you willing and able to wrestle with the dragon?

“L’alba vindice appar che fa gli empi tremar! Libertà sorge crollan tirannidi! Vittoria! Vittoria” "Let new dawn appear, let the wicked feel fear! Bring down tyrants and march on to liberty! We triumph! We triumph! From The Opera Tosca (G.Puccini)

The Child:

Letting go of everything and finding your inner child. Ability to truly create new values, the sacred word YES. Something scarce and unique. Is it possible to create new values?

I have been processing my transformation for almost 15 years and want to encourage everyone to brighten the mission of their own life. I have experienced what it is like to be a camel, to exhaust yourself, learn to say no and take a new course in life. I believe that very few people in the world can transform to the level of The Child and truly create new values.

It was a pleasure to find two young talented artists to make this artwork come alive:

Pilar Miralles is an electroacoustic and instrumental composer and SuperCollider programmer focusing on the philosophy and sociology of music. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Composition and a Master's Degree in Electroacoustic Composition from Spain. She's finishing her Master of Music in Composition at the Sibelius Academy of the University of the Arts Helsinki. Pilar is currently working on the possibility of opening spaces of pause and self-reflection for the perception of reality through the listening experience. The foremost aim of her work towards performers and audiences is the freedom of consciousness and critical assessment of our existence and ourselves, overcoming the extreme social, political, and economic alienation of our current society.

Laura Lehtinen is studying XR Design at the Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, Helsinki. She is currently working on UI/AR/VR development with various prototypes at the Helsinki XR Center. Navigating between physical and virtual realities, Lehtinen brings tech and art together to create unique experiences. Her goal in design and development is to get life into the computer-generated and a dash of AI to the organic.
