RC-212 is a red wine yeast developed to produce heavy fruit notes. This experimental bottle was distilled April 28, 2015. Stillage left in the still after the first distillation was put into the spirit run to reenforce the flavor. It was then rested on a French Oak Stave for 3 months. Only bottle produced. The abv is 40%
