The moon is my witness, as it hangs in the sky,
A silent observer, as the world passes by.
It sees all my secrets, my hopes and my fears,
And watches as I shed my lonely tears.

When the night is dark, and the stars are bright,
The moon will casts its gentle light.
It illuminates my path, and guides me along,
A journey through life, with my heart as my song.

The moon is my witness, as I make my way,
Through the twists and turns, of each passing day.
It never judges, nor does it scold,
It simply shines on, a treasure to behold.

So I turn to the moon, and whisper my dreams,
And hope that its light, will make them gleam.
