Resistance transcends the battlefield, finding its strength not only in armed conflict but also in the profound expressions of human creativity. The poetry of dissent, written with ink that speaks louder than gunfire, weaves a narrative that challenges the status quo. Brush strokes on canvases become a visual manifesto, an unyielding stand against oppression, and a testament to the resilience of the human spirit.
In the symphony of resistance, music emerges as a formidable force, echoing the heartbeat of a movement. Melodies become anthems, and harmonies carry the weight of collective voices, resonating in the hearts of those who seek change. The rhythm of resistance, played on strings and keys, is a call to action that transcends borders and languages.
Art, in its myriad forms, becomes a sanctuary for dissenters, a refuge where ideas flourish and evolve into symbols of defiance. Sculptures stand as monuments to resilience, capturing the essence of a struggle that refuses to be silenced. Resistance becomes a living, breathing tapestry, where each thread is a stroke of courage and each note is a declaration of autonomy.
In the realm of creativity, resistance becomes an artful dance, where the choreography of dissent is executed with grace and precision. It's a manifestation of the belief that change can be carved from the raw material of imagination, a testament to the potency of ideas over arms.
So, let the poets wield their verses like swords, the artists paint their dissent on canvases, and the musicians compose the anthems of resistance. In this gallery of defiance, armed not with weapons but with the tools of creation, we find that resistance is a masterpiece, a living testament to the indomitable human spirit.

I guess I got tired of seeing fashion or beauty Magazines and their Covers. I tried to understand the fascination with being featured in a magazine. I loved the visual art part of it but I couldn’t find the actual content. I realized that I wasn’t the only one when I saw a video (here) where the ads were removed from a 160-page magazine and were left were 40 pieces of content.
But what about the people that were being glorified? Who were they? And what do they have to offer? Through my work, I meet a lot of regular people and a few celebrities from time to time. I try to get to know everyone on a slightly deeper level before we shoot so I can incorporate their personality and story into the image. But there’s always this one segment of the population, the one that you see regularly on our magazine that I couldn’t get any content out of in real life.
So here’s a little set incorporating the magazine aesthetic that I love but with content that you might have been thinking yourself.
