"These gold coins are unique and magical, so careful how you spend them. They grant the purest wishes if they're spent well and fairly. If they're used for evil deeds, they lose their magic properties forever. Moreover the gold will turn into dull copper losing it's monetary value as well. Unfortunately there are only a handful of coins left, but that just makes them even more previous than ever before. "

This is from my 30 min Speedpaint series artwork #10 I drew the front face of the coin first then adjusted the perspective and sizes. I drew an eye because I wanted them to look mysterious and a little ominous.

I used to collect coins as a teen and I've still got the modest collection. I started collecting coins because I wanted something from various countries, a lot of my foreign coins were gifts from friends and family. I love seeing variety in something so small, all of the images and text. I'd love to get back to collecting more some day.
