This nest is no ordinary nest, it is the result of a symbiotic relationship between the sands from the wastelands that are brought by the 'scorch ants' into the jungle flatlands, here the ants feed themselves and the nest with special roots, leaves, fruits, bugs and freckles of "orange rock salts" found by their groups of gatherers. With time these nests develop a consciousness and extreme wisdom becoming almost like a place of worship for aa variety of creatures. these nests develop extreme sensitivity towards anything that approaches its surroundings and it is said that if you bring pay the right tribute, the nest will whisper the well kept secrets of this world to anyone or anything that does the correct ritual. It is for this reason that the death of these magical lumps of consciousness always gather all sorts of creatures around to either mourn the death of this sacred figure or feast off of its rich insides...as for the ants, they always decide to go out with the ant nest and let the colony die.
