It also grows large flowers, which can be light purple, black, light grey and yellow. These plants grow separated by a fair distance from each other, but it's a bit tricky to control and maintain their growth. They can be used as an energizer when eaten. As a defense mechanism the Delphinium Piaster can collapse its flowers when it detects vibrations. They rely on cloning themselves by growing a new specimen to reproduce.
