REVOLVING HOUSE is the vision of a rotatable residential building that can be built almost anywhere on a small footprint. The lightweight structure can rotate with the sun's course or with the desired view.

All AVANTECTURE NFTs are metaverse ready, built in 3D and rendered in 4k. Upon purchase, the NFT owner will get access to the 3D files and 2D plans. Technical support for a later integration on Metaverse is provided.

The owner is in agreement to the following terms and conditions upon purchase of AVANTECTURE NFTs: The collector agrees to own one digital copy of the AVANTECTURE NFT and a license for non-commercial use. The collector receives the license to further plan, individualize and implement the architectural design in a real world building project under the guidance of AVANTECTURE. The costs of the design planning are settled with the purchase of the NFT.
If/when AVANTECTURE NFT is resold, the collector is required to delete all 3D file(s) from his/her Metaverse. AVANTECTURE GmbH. retains ownership of the copyright. All rights reserved. All reproductions of AVANTECTURE NFTs in both digital and physical formats, are restricted.
