Although I have to work more on the Law of Detachment, the one that speaks to me the most is the Law of Dharma. "Everyone has a purpose in life ... a unique gift or special talent to give to others. And when we blend this unique talent with service to others, we experience the ecstasy and exultation of our own spirit, which is the ultimate goal of all goals." I feel most fulfilled when I can serve others from a place that is authentic and aligned with my passions. The place where my life's purpose of being of service overlaps with my deepest passions for adventure and life is in my art. I choose this image of Australia because my purpose is to explore remote places and capture those remarkable moments happening in real life. I share them with others so that they may know what is out there and become galvanized to shut off social media and have their own adventures in this beautiful world. The image of the flooded outbacks of Australia shows the renewal of life from forgotten times. The riverways show 7 different pathways that flow into one strong stream. Every side story of our lives, whether it was a dead end or moment of joy, are part of our journey. The twists and turns of life don't stop but carve our life's purpose to always be flowing forward.
