"Composite Portraiture" is a technique invented in the late 1880s by Sir Francis Galton, in which images of many individuals are combined into a single resultant figure.
At the time, Galton observed that composite portraits were often more attractive than any individual member.
Adapting Galton's techniques, John Lovell created composite portraits of the Class of 1887 of Harvard University and the "Harvard Annex" (for women), at the time thought of as "Boston's elite".
CryptoPunks can be regarded the "elite" NFT 10k pfp collection, and with their perfectly aligned facial features, they form a great substrate for composite portraiture!
