Thoughts are free! At least they should be, right? But most people today don't seem to do more than just function. Their thoughts are locked into a narrow path controlled by media mumbo-jumbo and advertisement... free your thoughts!

In the ever-evolving landscape of digital art, milestones become chapters in an artist's story, marking growth, innovation, and unwavering dedication to a creative vision.

This occasion holds a special place in my heart, as it represents not only the passage of time, but also the evolution of my craft and the continued exploration of new ways to create my art.

My journey over the past five years has been a testament to these principles as I now celebrate my 5th anniversary at Makersplace with ‘N°1 : Celebration’.

The entire piece was recreated digitally. In addition to the detailed digital pencil drawing, you will find animation and sound. The butterfly, representing free thought, is complemented by a moving text in binary code, reading 'ThoughtsAreFree'.

Again, the theme revolves around the question of whether our thoughts are completely free. Great thinkers have been discussing this idea for eons, especially during periods such as the Age of Enlightenment and the French Revolution.

Free thought is essential and closely related to freedom of expression. Even when we live in so-called free societies, there is still influence and manipulation.
