The piece that helped me find myself and my style.
In times we’re lost, we can sometimes find inspiration.

This happened to me.

After starting with digital art back in 2001, I always just played around and enjoyed Photoshop.
No goal, just enjoying my time creating.
Thankfully, This helped me become a versatile Designer and art director in my professional career.

But, I never really found a style for myself.

Then in 2020 the Pandemic hit. I was burned out and strained my back. After weeks of recovery I was feeling at my lowest. I started up Photoshop and doodled these eyes as an expression of how I was seeing the world. A burning ship and I was going down with it.

Once I took a step back and looked at it, I found a spur of inspiration and wanted to continue with this glossy, 2D yet 3D looking hand brushed type of art.

Feeling better than ever before, and not stopping now.
