How does the brain generate our perception of art?
Cortical Flow #3 was created using a quantum computer.
I developed generative algorithms to synthesise and process sounds, which were then used to compose the music.
For the moving image, I used a model of the visual cortex. First, I encoded the well-known painting "Liberty Leading the People" by Eugene Delacroix as quantum states. Then, I programmed a quantum algorithm to manipulate the qubits to generate the frames of the animation.
