Name: Valhalla St. James From: Philadelphia, PA Resides: Orlando, FL

Bio: Valhalla St. James is the puppet lawyer representing Chris Jericho's Missing Pizza. He also serves several other roles, such as the manager for Chris Jericho's Missing Pizza's wrestling alter ego, CJMP, as well as the agent for CJMP's music career. After searching for ways to grant CJMP human rights, it was he who discovered that corporations are people, and formed Valhalla Industries, the parent corporation for the many business entities of CJMP. They include the Crypto Puppet Wrestling Federation (CPWF), Valhalla Creative Studios, which creates blockchain content, such as NFT trading cards, digital art, and music, as well as the YouTube series Chris Jericho's Missing Pizza. He is the Don King of the CPWF, serving as the money man and hype man. There have been accusations however of shady business practices such as stealing from clients, money laundering, intimidation, and extortion. He also just regained his revoked law license after being arrested in Las Vegas for killing two prostitutes during a 3 day drug fueled bender. He was tried but is free due to a hung jury. Rumor has it that he used to be a champion wrestler in the 1960's but no one is exactly sure of his past. He is a brilliant lawyer but has many demons, including drug and sex addictions. Surely he has CJMP's best interests in mind....or does he?

                                    THE STORY

Based on the popular YouTube show "Chris Jericho's Missing Pizza", which tells the tale of a pizza who was attempted to be eaten by a wrestler he felt repulsed by. So, that pizza escaped and has been hiding in a safe house for several months. It is only because Chris Jericho's band Fozzie has left to go on tour that Chris Jericho's Missing Pizza, or CJMP for short, has become nervous and felt the need to come forward. Accompanied by his Celebrity puppet lawyer, Valhalla St. James, CJMP finds out that puppets have no human rights and he can legally be eaten alive by Jericho at any time. They do find a loophole, however, in discovering that corporations ARE people under United States law. A corporation was then formed in none other than Florida, and now CJMP has vowed to make more money with his entertainment business than Chris Jericho's band Fozzie this year. Also, CJMP plays guitar and sings so he's also looking to beat Fozzie's album sales.

                          ABOUT THE ARTIST

Eric Valhalla is a 2021 New York Foundation for the Arts Grant recipient, a finalist for the top 5 emerging artists in Florida, and has many works curated and hung in galleries and museums including over a dozen in the world famous Saatchi Art Gallery.

                           HOW IT CAME TO BE 

Every piece of art with an unbelievable story of how it was created adds more value to it. Well here's the story of my NFTs.

On Halloween night 2019, only 2 days before I had my first Member's exhibit at a professional gallery, I was violently smashed into by a speeding vehicle that hit me so hard it pushed me into a truck in front of me and sandwiched the car. It was totaled on both ends. I was lucky to escape with my life, but I suffered a torn shoulder, internal bleeding, and a broken neck that left my dominant/painting hand numb and useless. I had 2 separate spinal fusions, along with 8 surgeries of neck injections to attempt to relieve the pressure on my sciatic nerve, because one of the discs herniated inward, causing a bad spinal stenosis. Since I could not paint or do traditional art anymore, and after a period of depression, I started to learn how to create NFTs on the blockchain. The hospitals shut down surgeries during Covid, so I very literally had nothing to do except learn to make NFTs. While I studied them, I started to become fascinated with blockchain technology. Since I had all this time on my hands, I began to put my portfolio of my life's work in NFTs. From there, I branched off into blockchain domain names, creating my own publicly traded cryptocurrency, TimeCoin, developing DeFi apps, original music albums, contracts, trading cards, the blockchain's first epic novel, games, and basically just creating and gathering as much content on the blockchain as possible. I began to create so many assets that I started an LLC, called Low Dutch Trading Co. So what started out as something terrible, a bad car wreck where I almost died, ended up with me creating the world's first Blockchain content creation company.
