Included in the personal use license of this asset is the ability to resell the licensed asset on the same platform where the asset was purchased. If the sale of this asset occurs outside the original selling platform, the seller agrees to pay the artist compensation equal to the commission of 10% of the gross sale value, All commission payments shall be made to ravindave.eth.

Title and ownership, and all rights now and in the future, of and for the content remains exclusively with the content owner. Attempts to trademark, copyright, or otherwise acquire additional intellectual property rights in or to the Art are strictly prohibited.

Neither the content owner, payment processing service, nor hosting service will be liable for any third-party claims or incidental, consequential, or other damages arising out of this license or the buyer's use of the content.
