I camped out near Walpole, Western Australia for a week, waiting for the right conditions to capture an image that had only lived in my head up until this point.

The tides need to be right to navigate a small boat through the very shallow waters of the Nornalup Inlet on the South Coast of Western Australia. This is a photo that I've been researching, planning and imagining for several years now. It was such a joy to finally make the photo that only existed in my mind, a reality.
