Acknowledge the running, identify what we're avoiding, and understand the toll it takes. Compare the consequences of running to the benefits of confronting. Often, the choice is clear – stopping the escape is the best path forward. Confrontation leads to growth, improvement, and authenticity. It's a journey I'm on, choosing to face instead of evade, finding strength in vulnerability. Here's to embracing confrontation for a transformed and liberated self.

Then I arrange and manipulate the sounds, crafting a rhythm that embodies my intended emotions. Just as I shape sounds, I delve into visual manipulation, adding layers, filters, and effects. Each layer adds depth to the final composition and this curation condenses a loop that harmonizes visuals with the sonic tapestry.

Amidst artistic expression, I prioritize technical precision so I mix and master the audio for what I consider optimal NFT streaming in the range of -14 to -18 dB LUFS.
