This one immersive experience is 18 photos stitched together, photographed with a DSLR, a special fisheye lens and a panoramic tripod head that keeps everything aligned so that it stitches together perfectly.
Oxarfoss Waterfall is located within the Þingvellir (pronounced Thingvellir) National Park in Southwest Iceland. The waterfall drops over the cliffs of the Almannagja gorge, which marks the boundary of the North American & European tectonic plates.
Photographed in 2015 during a trip around Iceland, due to the hours we were keeping we would photograph all night and then camp during the day, taking our tents with us all around the island, dodging bad weather and chasing the perfect light conditions.
