Cod 884’s dream
A usual lifecycle from right to left, from birth till the end. ‘’What if we are going to die at the end of the day, what does this much consumption and obedience promise us’’. These words from the strong statement of K-art for his Consume Obey Die series, led me to a serious thinking of our everyday routines. Looking at the big picture, realized that i normalized so many things which were not acceptable when i was at my early young ages or during my student life. (The Cod 884 is small into this derivative, contrary to the original artwork describing a life journey from the eyes of a man at 40’s) We look at the future, we see more blood and darkness and deranged path contrary to our past bright life, in the beginning and which was less blur of course Who is consuming who? We do not know… But we pretty much know who obeys and we know what there is that at the end!
Let’s try to change this, shall we?
