PERSONAL USE: The Owner of said Derivative has a social media, meta-verse, and worldwide, unlimited royalty-free license to use, copy, and display the said art, along with any Derivative extensions created or used, solely for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided that you can cryptographically verify your ownership.

COMMERCIAL USE: Commercial Use is permitted as per 'APEMF#0005 - BRAWLER UNIFORM' terms of agreement by reido.eth. Examples of such Commercial Use would be to produce and sell merchandise products (NFTs, Images, Prints, T-Shirts, etc.) displaying copies of the Derivative Art. For the sake of clarity, nothing in this Section will be deemed to restrict you from owning or operating a marketplace that permits the use and sale of Derivatives.

You now own the right to use, copy, edit, display and create Derivatives of the Art, provided that the owner of APEMF#0005 maintains the right to grant you these permissions. You do not own the underlying Bored Ape (“#8756”); at no point may the creator seize, freeze, or otherwise modify the ownership of any Derivatives. This Derivative is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind.
