Tribute is a special image to me. Photographed at Kings Tor on Dartmoor in 2016, this was the first time I used an infrared camera. I wondered about the desolate tors of Dartmoor, experimenting and learning infrared. After walking several hours, I sat down to rest next to this beautifully sculptured hawthorn tree. Just as I was about to pack up, a sheep appeared in the distance. I waited patiently, keeping still, as the sheep walked into the perfect spot, it was my lucky day! This was the photograph that would start my journey into the surreal world of infrared, an image I will treasure forever!
