Merkle Lists are transferable, reusable, unit-based allowable lists. Each Merkle List can store 8192 unique single byte balances, enabling between 0 and 255 claims per claimant's balance.
The context of the claim is a composite of both the msg.sender and the contract addressed defined in the Merkle List's dataset. The Merkle List Register will verify both the context and the proofs provided in a claim and then deduct the requested amount from the claimant's balance when a claim is deemed valid.
