Indonesian multi-disciplinary artist Rukmunal Hakim calls you into his imaginary, dream-like world. Self-taught, Hakim’s artistic practice has been informed by his professional career as an illustrator. He takes inspiration from nature is references Art Nouveau themes, creating his natural subjects in 2D and 3D, utilising animation and ambient sound design to bring vibrancy to his portraiture, guiding a unique visual language all his own.
