This artwork captures the essence of devotion as described in 'The Way of the Bodhisattva' by Shantideva. A week ago, I had a meaningful and inspiring conversation with Coldie. He shared his feedback about my current art series titled ‘Way of Bodhisattva’ and asked a good question, “Have you messed around adding movement? I think that could create a deeper window for people to study the details.”

At first, I rejected the idea, as I’ve shifted my focus from animation on creating static art for the past six months: graphic art that would looks great as a print. I wanted people to live with that print and enjoy all the details this way. But Coldie's suggestion planted a seed in my unconscious mind, and it started flourishing with ideas a few nights later. During one of those sleepless creative nights, ideas flowed clearly in my vision, like a symphony where I could hear each instrument clearly.

So, I took my recently finished ‘Galactic Devotion’ static piece, exported it into Looom (an amazing tool for hand-drawn animation) on my iPad, and worked on it all night long until I completed it. The process and the result turned out so wonderful and fulfilling that I’ve decided to animate each and every upcoming piece from this series as well.
