”The Minipeople" – art series that illustrates my experience with depression. Each image is a message from my subconsciousness trying to show me the way and guiding me through difficult times. These works were a way to communicate with my soul when my mind was trying to keep me in negative thoughts. This one is about going into the unknown, about the strenth and courage you need to do it. For your mind it’s better to stay with what’s familiar, even if it causes you to suffer. When life becomes difficult, the mind often becomes your enemy, even though it pretends to be on your side. To really move on, you need to leave the mind, leave the attempts to change the effects and venture into the unknown to look for a cause. To look for a light in the darkness.
