Rain in Los Angeles is a rare occurrence. But every once in awhile there is a downpour so strong that it leaves the City of Angels renewed. This was one of those days. As a photographer it was an opportunity to capture something truly unique. So one incredibly brave model and I set out into the storm at midday on one of the most famous streets in America; Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills. What resulted was an almost surreal black and white image that emanates freedom and rebirth from every pixel. This piece defined the start of my fine art journey and is my most sought after photograph to date.
