Inside each of us lives a potential. A potential we can manifest in multiple ways and that can lead us to fulfillment. Each day is different, and each day is a different you. Emotions can and will make you feel like you are on top of the world; or like the entire world hates you. Emotions are complicated, but ultimately just be aware of this one thing: emotions are a tool developed by your body, each has a function and no emotion is good or bad. The only thing holding your fulfillment away from you is the ability to understand the reason why you are avoiding what you deem "negative emotions".

So ask yourself:" What am I feeling today? Why am I feeling sad/angry/happy?"
