Arguably the greatest, most iconic junk boat of them all - The Duk Ling can be seen from far away distances drifting across between the Causeway Bay and Tsim Sha Tsui. Seeing it so up close and personal on my last, pre-pandemic trip to Hong Kong made my heart sing. For over 60 years, it serves as a constant source of nostalgia not only for guests all over the world, but also the locals’ memories and connection to the harbor and this prosperous city. A lasting memory for all Hong Kong people, myself included.
