‘Birthed from ruin, a Phantom City; warehouse full of people and scrap”.

In this scene, we see the notorious city clubhouse; high upon a tower. The wealthiest citizens of the Phantom City frequent the clubhouse - a playground of debauchery - their sordid activities, driving the economy for the entire city. Credit trickles down from the skies to the gutters far below.

Included with the initial sale of this fifth drop in the series, is a 21cm x 29.7cm art print signed by the artist.
