On 12 April 1961, we sent the first human into space. Yuri Gagarin. I created this image using the style transfer algorithm to transpose the style of the famous Hubble Space Telescope images, "The Pillars of Creation" and also part of the Carina Nebula called "Mystic Mountain" onto an image of Yuri. I used the technique called "Grid Enlarging" as well as Photoshop to create the high-fidelity historical image commemorating the first human in space.
