This work is about giving in and accepting that in the course of our lives we rise and fall, we sink and swim, we walk and run, we try and we fail. That life is not perfect, but in accepting that there is peace and comfort. That the human experience is full of contradiction and paradox and therefore we must learn to accept all experiences as equal. In this way a rise is a fall, and so on and so forth. That we can then more gracefully shed skins we have outgrown and endure difficulties with self compassion, knowing there are lessons to be learned and that the journey goes on. That while we are alive and tomorrow still comes there is poignant beauty to be found, even in the darkest of hours.
