I cry during American Ninja Warrior stories and when watching Undercover boss...

I grew up in a house where I've only seen my Dad cry twice in my entire life yet for me not only am I emotional but I believe I am hyper in touch with my emotions and for many this emotional roller coaster can be hard to adjust to but I also believe its also a superpower of ours!

It is important to recognize that every individual is unique, and what may be considered a positive trait for one person may not be for another. That being said, some individuals with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) may find that their heightened emotional sensitivity allows them to be more attuned to the needs of others and more empathetic in their relationships. This increased emotional awareness can help individuals with ADHD form strong and meaningful connections with others, and may be seen as a positive trait. Additionally, being more emotionally expressive can allow individuals with ADHD to better communicate their needs and feelings, which can lead to more fulfilling and healthy relationships..

It is often thought that being emotionally open and expressive is a sign of strength, as it can take courage to be vulnerable and share one's feelings with others. Emotional intelligence, or the ability to recognize and understand one's own emotions and the emotions of others, is also considered a strength. Being emotionally aware and able to express oneself effectively can help individuals navigate relationships and communicate effectively with others. Additionally, being emotionally attuned can allow individuals to better understand and address their own needs and the needs of others, which can lead to more fulfilling and healthy relationships.

However, it is also important for individuals with ADHD to find healthy ways to cope with and regulate their emotions, as intense and uncontrolled emotional reactions can sometimes cause difficulties in personal and professional relationships
