This past year was hard for me because my health got worse and my step father died. It did not hit me that hard at first when he died , but grew later because I really needed to tell him stuff to heal my own heart from past trauma. He was that dad that went out for smokes and never came back. So there was always this need for me to get stuff off my chest and because of this anger I've been so mad and locked away from others. but, I will get over this pain and I will grow from it and become even stronger. So this is 41.... and tomorrow comes 42 ....
