First abstract artwork made in collab with my 6-year-old daughter -master in life- exploring new ways of art and being together.
This piece celebrates the bond parent-child as well as the bond between us and our inner child, always present, waiting to be let out to play and enjoy simple things.
Doodles remind us the freedom and joy of childhood we sometimes forget about to deal with life. There's also reference to the book "The Little Prince" by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry that stands for the open-mindedness and inquisitiveness of children, the key to understanding and to happiness: "All grown-ups were once children... but only few of them remember it.”
May we keep in touch with our inner child, may we cherish true presence with our kids.
