SV1- 29699 was a Sidekick and faithful friend to "Cache". Cache was a soldier and resourceful, street savvy Party Bear. Prior to Meeting Cache, 29699 was a bit of a vagabond and a loner. He would spend his days searching and combing the wreckage for valuables in the aftermath and battles of the Great War. It was while searching site of a nasty battle , that he met "Cache". Cache was a scout for his platoon during the Great War and would Often find himself far from his platoon deep into enemy territory. It was on one of the missions, the two met. After spotting Cache and watching him for some time, 29699 decided to approach Cache. Their first few encounters were very brief, both being a little leary of one another, but after awhile they began to look forward to seeing each other and a strong bond ensued. Their relationship became one of mutual benefit. 29699 would often fall into disrepair, Cache, being handy with a wrench was able to repair most of 29699's ailments. In return 29699 was able to help Cache collect valuable resources and intel his platoon desperately needed. 29699 became Cache's dirty little secret and 29699 liked it that way. When the war "ended", 29699 and Cache continued to look out for each other. Many years had past when rumors of the Goblin Queen resurfacing started to circulate. First one rumor, then another. It was only when Seekers started to suddenly disappear, that the inhabitants of the Third Kingdom began to worry. One night while Cache slept and 29699 was in low power mode, 29699's entire world went black. when he came to, he found himself in Hellish place. He wasn't sure how he had gotten there but he was now in a large cavern that was filled with wall to wall, floor to ceiling...Seekers. the large chamber appeared to have only one way in, and one way out. On the ceiling a heavy wooden hatch opened every few minutes, dropping another confused and dejected Seeker into the chaos. On the side of the chamber farthest from 29699, there was a small seeker sized cave with a large conveyor chain running into it. It was near this cave that a particularly nasty group of Goblins Prodded, herded and shackled the nearest seekers to the chain. One by one the seekers dragged into the darkness and uncertainty that lay within. It was only a matter of time before 29699 found himself on the end of that chain... As the Goblin Queen was overseeing the Sacrifices required to complete the Portal, She noticed a peculiar seeker. As far as Seekers went, he was quite unremarkable. He didn't have any fancy attachments or a spectacular paint job. What drew the Queens attention, was the way he looked at her and held his composure as he was readied for Sacrifice. While other Seekers literally shook, pleaded for mercy, or screamed in terror, He just glared at her. As they lowered him into the magma pits for softening, the Queen looked on with amusement. The lower he went, the higher his gaze went, his last vision would be the Queen staring down upon him. "STOP!" the Queen bellowed. The Cavern fell silent as work ground to a halt. 29699 hung there in eerie silence as waves of Magma gently licked his chassis. Minutes passed as the Queen watched, knowing the pain he must be enduring, still he stared...After many moments she yelled "Bring that one to me!" As the goblins raised 29699 from the Pit and undid his bindings, he continued his unbending gaze until he and the Queen were at last eye to eye. After a few quiet moments, the Queen began to laugh. It started as an escaped chuckle and quickly rose in tempo and cadence, until an evil cackle echoed throughout the chamber. It stopped as suddenly as it began, Her smile replaced with a sinister glare. Her eyes now burning hotter than the magma pools below. She leaned in close to SV1-29699 and whispered..."Not all seekers are used for parts..." The Queen turned to the nearest Goblin and spoke a single word "Repurposing". As the Goblins took 29699 away, the Queen began to laugh again, The Sacrifice resumed...
