Silence and peace, sitting by the rocks overlooking a majestic scene. Nothing but tranquillity.

Unfortunately, reality is far from its imagination.

A beautiful spot like Moraine Lake is always buzzing with tourists. To guarantee a parking spot, you need to arrive at 4 AM or wait until the sun disappears late at night.

Just before sunset, I parked the car. God knows how but we found a spot!

Engine off. With the gears, we went to the viewpoint.

It was buzzling with people, from tripods to selfie sticks to full-geared wedding photoshoots.

There she was, standing before our eyes.

The majestic ten peaks soared in the sky, with the torquiest glacier water lake complementing its beauty.

But one thing was missing.

Nothing felt magical; chatter, laughter and screams; everyone was having fun enjoying this beautiful scene.

Slowly…

The sun disappeared into the horizon, and the day turned into night… Tourists were vanishing, and the show just got started.

Slowly the Milky Way rose behind the peaks, and the stars were lighting up the night; nothing but tranquillity.

What felt like a chaotic market slowly turned into a majestic, tranquil scene.

The chatter turned into soothing noise, silence and peace, overlooking one of the most beautiful creations in nature.

A beautiful night symphony.
