hola, somos tulengua. we were born in the borderlands of tijuana and san diego. las californias. two sides of the most crossed border in the west. we exist in a world between worlds. a place where cultures collide and intertwine like nowhere else. a place where people on endless journeys end up. people with dreams of crossing to the other side. of making a better life. with urgency and dedication and a hunger for opportunity. superpowered creativity sizzles under the surface, looking for any crack in the concrete where it can bloom and express its magic.

we are a result of all that. the musical expression of infinite and diverse generations migrating here and making this their home. three friends brought together by fate to form a family. to turn borderless dreams into songs.

there is no power quite like music. nothing that can bypass feelings of aloneness and separation as gracefully as music. nothing that can make one feel belonging and connected to something larger as swiftly as music.

our music is a vessel. to melt borders and celebrate all that we share. to remind anyone listening they are not alone or separate from the source of life. that despite our differences, we are the children of one love. if that feels corny, that’s cool. we love corn. especially in our tortillas. aint no tacos like tijuana tacos.

we’ve been a binational supergroup for a few years now. and though our genres are as eclectic as our roots, this song is a perfect distillation of the three of us into one song. a sexy hip hop spiritual with deep latin soul. a song about love, sex, and diving into the depths of the unknown with someone you trust. we hope you enjoy, cry, dance, and make love to it.

with everything we do, we are committed to bringing the binational region together. along with this drop, we are launching our yearly lengua festival in valle de guadalupe, an hour south of the border by car. this first year will be quite intimate. a weekend retreat + curated show for our 25 collectors, close friends + fam. wellness, conversation, and music. we’ve been envisioning and preparing this for years and intend on growing it year by year. a binational festival to write home about. ALL collectors of this drop will be airdropped a lifetime pass and be founding members of all that this becomes. if one chooses to sell their pass, whoever has it in their wallet for that year’s festival has an open door. this year, we’ll be doing it in september. we’ll provide free transportation from LA and back. no need to get in the logistical weeds here but we will be in touch to accommodate everyone :)

thank you for being here with us. lxs queremos mucho.
