I have dwelled in darkness,

Grew in it while it grew on me.

Light I did seek,

Countless nights did I weep,

For a life I lived.

In question - was this the only life I could lift?

A burden that only I could speak.

But it was easier to live if I chose to coexist,

So I accepted what it is that I could fit.

I accepted the darkness.
